If your device is acting up and you're not sure what the issue is, we will use our expertise and diagnose it to the best of our ability. We will let you know post-diagnosis if we are able to offer fix(es)/repairs for any particular issue(s). We also run a mandatory diagnosis of all devices before we work on them, just to make sure you're device is functioning as it should.

Unless the issue is obviously apparent we recommend booking your device in for a Diagnosis initially (It won't cost any extra).

Are you getting errors on start-up such as 'no boot device found' or having trouble copying files to and from your computer? It is likely to be linked to a failing (or already failed) Hard Drive/SSD. For computers with standard hard disk drives we will replace these with high speed SSD drives that will not only get you back up and running, they will also provide much better performance.

Is your machine freezing/failing to boot/reporting memory errors? This is most likely to down to failing Random Access Memory (RAM). We can source and replace RAM for the vast majority of machines and in most cases provide the opportunity for an upgrade as well.

If your machine is completely unresponsive or powers off almost immediately after turning on, then chances are the Central Processing Unit (CPU) has failed. On some machines we can replace these, enquire with your make/model and we can let you know.

Are you getting strange artifacts that change on your display? Does your Mac boot to a white screen before restarting? Chances are your video card has failed. We can replace these in most Desktop PCs/Macs. In most instances there is also an opportunity to upgrade.

If your PC/Mac is unresponsive or is unexpectedly powering off, then the power supply may have failed. We can replace these (depending on the model) and get you back up and running.
